The Service Model

Our service model is designed to ensure we offer the customers quality fish whenever they need. At the time of contracting, our relationship manager would ask the customer to estimate their yearly consumption by product and variety and provide us that information. We in turn, based on the seasonality and availability of the species procure and store it to ensure we offer at the right time per the customer needs. This method ensures we meet our customer demand 365 days. No wonder we receive calls from at least 20 hotels across India asking for Pomfret, Lobsters and various other products during summers.
